Boubyan Petrochemical Company announced that it received KWD 5.57 million cash dividends from Equate and Kuwait Olefins Company for the second quarter ended on 30 June 2022.
In a statement issued to Boursa Kuwait today, Sunday, Boubyan explained that the board of directors of both companies had approved the distributions, noting that it owns 9% in the capital of each of the companies.
It also revealed that the financial impact of these distributions will be reflected on Boubyan Petrochemical Company’s financial statement for the second quarter ending 31 October 2022.
