In a disclosure issued to Boursa Kuwait, Ali Alghanim Sons Automotive Company (K.S.C.P) announced the signing of a market maker agreement with KFH Capital Investment Company on Tuesday, 13 September 2022. The Company clarified that the agreement applies effective immediately upon completion of the registration procedures with Boursa Kuwait Company, subject to fulfilling the regulatory requirements. As for the impact of this agreement on the Company’s financial position, it stated that there are no implications arising thereto.
