Kuwait National Lube Oil Manufacturing Company (K.S.C.C) will hold its Extraordinary General Meeting  (EGM) on Sunday, 2 October 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at its headquarters, in order to discuss the following items listed on its agenda: Amending Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of the Articles of Association, as follows:

- Manufacture of industrial oils of all kinds and types (subject to receiving regulatory approval from the Public Authority for Industry).

- Manufacture of complementary chemicals (subject to receiving regulatory approval from the Ministry of Interior and the Public Authority for Industry).

- Manufacture, trade and storage of oils and complementary and auxiliary materials for industrial equipment, cars, machinery and factory equipment (subject to receiving regulatory approval from the Public Authority for Industry). Manufacture of packaging required to serve the Company’s objectives for the production purposes (subject to receiving regulatory approval from the Public Authority for Industry).

– recycle and market all used oils (subject to receiving regulatory approval from the Public Authority for Industry). Import chemicals. The Company may carry out the above-stated objectives in Kuwait or aboard on its behalf or on behalf of others. The Company may have an interest with entities that carry out businesses similar to its own or that may be conducive in accomplishing its objectives, and it may buy, participate in, associate with or merge with such entities in the State of Kuwait or abroad.
