Edafa Holding Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 22 September 2022 at its headquarters, to discuss its financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, and other items listed on its agenda, as follows:

- Hear, discuss, and approve the Board of Directors’ report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. Hear and approve the Shariah Board’s report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. Hear, discuss, and approve the auditors’ report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. Discuss and approve the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2021.

- Hear related parties transactions report that have taken place or will take place.

- Hear the violations report and any penalties monitored by the regulatory authorities. Authorize the company’s board of directors to buy and sell real estate properties, mortgage them, offer guarantees, and execute loans. Absolve board members and releasing them from any liabilities related to all their legal, financial, and administrative actions in the financial year ended board members of Directors and discharge them from all matters related to their financial and administrative actions for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. Appoint or reappoint the Fatwa and Sharia Supervisory Board for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 and authorizing the Board of Directors to determine their fees. Appoint or reappoint an auditor for the company’s accounts and authorizing the board of directors to determine their fees for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.
