Ajwan Gulf Real Estate Company will hold its Annual General meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday, 22 September 2022 at the company’s headquarters in Al-Mirqab, Street 72, Altaf Complex, 2nd Floor, to discuss the Capital Markets Authority’s resolution to delist the Company’s shares from trading on Boursa Kuwait Stock, and to discuss the Company’s future.
The company said that if the quorum wasn’t met, the postponed meetings will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 4 October 2022, at the same place to consider the same agenda items.
