Solidarity Holding Company will hold its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 17 July 2022 and approved to increase the Company’s authorized, issued, and paid-up capital from KWD 10,000 to KWD 2.1 million, up by KWD 2.09 million, at a value of 100 fils per share, paid in cash in one installment. This capital increase is allocated to the Company's shareholders, pro rata to their interest in the company’s capital.
The EGM also approved amending Article (8) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (5) of the Articles of Association related to the Company’s capital, as follows:
