The Board of Directors of First Bahrain Real Estate Development Company announced that it will start distributing cash dividends to shareholders as a result of reducing the company’s capital in 2021. The distribution shall start today, Wednesday, 24 August 2022, at a rate of 3% of the capital (i.e., 3 fils per share) to shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the AGM date. This action was approved by the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 9 June 2022.

The Board of Directors of "First Bahrain" said that shareholders should contact Gulf Custody Company (Shareholder Records Department) at its headquarters located in Sharq - Mubarak Al-Kabeer Street - United Investment Group Building – 4th Floor.
