United Agricultural Production Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 8 September 2022, to discuss the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute 109% cash dividends, for an aggregate amount of KWD 4,186,706.350 (109 fils) per share, for the first half of 2022, to shareholders registered in the Company’s records as of the AGM date.
