Boursa Kuwait announced on its website today, Monday, 22 August 2022, the registration of Ajwan Gulf Real Estate Company (Ajwan) on the OTC platform, to be traded during the continuous trading sessions (HYBRID Market). “Ajwan” will be traded on the exchange with stock symbol “253”. Investors may purchase and sell the Company’s shares through regular market mechanisms.

It is worth noting that Ajwan Gulf Real Estate Company was established on 9 November 2002, with an authorized and issued capital of KWD 15 million, and a paid-up capital of KWD 11,230,402 distributed over 112,304,020 shares, at a nominal value of 100 fils per share. The Company was listed on Boursa Kuwait on 4 June 2008.

Boursa Kuwait had previously announced the cancellation of the company's listing on Wednesday, 17 August 2022, and its last trading price on the exchange was 16.8 fils.
