Etisalat Plus Company (K.S.C. Closed) held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 2 August 2022, and approved to increase the authorized, issued, and paid-up capital from KWD 250,000 to KWD 726,880, an increase of KWD 476,880. through the creditors account, as shareholders waived their rights for this capital increase. The EGM also approved to amend Article (6) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (5) of the Articles of Association as follows: The Company’s authorized, issued, and paid-up capital was set at KWD 726,880, distributed over 7,268,800 shares, at a nominal value of 100 fils per share, and all shares are in cash.
