Sharq Investment Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 29 August 2022 in Al Mirqab - Block 3 - Omar Bin Al Khattab Street - K.B.T Building, 37th Floor. The AGM will discuss the Board of Directors' recommendation to appoint a new auditor for the company for the financial year ending 31 December 2022, provided that the new auditor shall be chosen from the Capital Markets Authority’s registered auditors, taking into account the duration of the mandatory change, to replace (Hessa Mohammed Al-Bahr), as her registration was canceled from the register of auditors at the Capital Markets Authority.  The AGM will also determine the new auditor’s fees based on the recommendation submitted by the Internal Audit Committee.

The company said that in the event of a lack of a quorum, the AGM will be held on 6 September 2022 at the same place and time.
