United DANA Fisheries Company held its Extraordinary General meeting on Thursday, 21 July 2022, and approved to amend Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of the Articles of Association by adding a new objective, as follows:

Establish and set up centers, shops and exhibitions for the sales and marketing of fish and seafood products in the State of Kuwait, Arab countries, and foreign countries. - Trade in all fresh, frozen, and processed fish and shrimp in the State of Kuwait and abroad. - Establish restaurants and cafeterias in the State of Kuwait, Arab countries, and foreign countries, prepare various meals and sell them wholesale and retail venues - Manage all types of restaurants and cafeterias to serve the company’s interest and for third parties. Provide hospitals, clubs, institutions, governmental and non-governmental entities with their various needs of sea food products. Import all devices and materials necessary to carry out the company's objectives. - Utilize the Company's surplus to invest it in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies.  - Food supplies. Buy and sell shares and bonds to serve the company’s interests.
