The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced to the shareholders of Gulf Rocks Company the date of the Company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), pursuant to Articles (206-207) of the Companies Law No. (1) of 2016 and its Executive Regulations. The AGM will be held on Sunday, 28 August 2022, to consider the following agenda items: Dismiss the Board of Directors and to elect a new board. In the event of a lack of a quorum, the postponed meeting will be held on Sunday, 4 September 2022.
