Al Mulla Holding Group held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 3 July 2022, and approved to amend Article (6) of the Company’s Articles of Association, as follows:
1- The company’s shares are nominal, and may be owned by non-Kuwaitis in line with applicable laws and ministerial resolutions.
2- The board of directors’ approval must be obtained prior to purchasing the Company’s shares.
