Gulf Glass Manufacturing Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, 6 July 2022, and passed a resolution to amend Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of the Articles of Association, as follows:

- Manufacture of glass bottles and glass household items and related activities. Market and import bottles, household appliances and related raw materials and trade activities. The Company may have an interest with entities that carry out businesses similar to its own or that may be conducive in acquisition activities, and it may buy, participate in, associate with or merge with such entities.

Manufacture plastic reinforced with fiberglass / plastic products (waste bins – mirror frames - water cooler bodies - moulds - concrete pouring and the production of aluminum boats and marine constructions).

 - Carry out laboratory activities related to glass and associated materials. Manufacture and marketing of all types of flat glass used in various industries.

 -  Chemical activities.
