Masaa Real Estate Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, on Thursday, 12 May 2022, to discuss the items listed on its agenda.
The company said that if the quorum was not met to legally hold the AGM and EGM, then both meetings will be postponed to Thursday, 19 May 2022.
