Al-Mojil Pharmaceutical Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday, 14 March 2022 at its headquarters located in Sharq, Abdullah Al-Ahmad Street, Sanabel Tower, 24th floor, and passed a resolution to add a new clause to Article (5) of its Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association as follows:

Trade in medicines and chemicals. Food stuff (milk, baby food and medical food).

 Medical, practical and laboratory equipment, devices, and supplies. Various materials and consumables. Establish and manage hospitals and pharmacies.

- Own movable assets and real estate properties necessary to carry out the company's activity.

- Establish and own warehouses and refrigerated and frozen warehouses to serve the company’s objectives.

- Utilize the Company's surplus to invest it in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies.
