Kuwait Slaughterhouse Company (under liquidation) announced that the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 20 March  2022 approved and consented to liquidate the company and appointed (Hussein Abdullah Jawhar - liquidator) to oversee the liquidation process. He was granted the legal powers that enable him to perform his mandate, provided that the liquidation period lasts for a period of one year from the date of registering the event in the Commercial Register at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on 14 April 2022.

Accordingly, Kuwait Slaughterhouse Company advised the company’s creditors and debtors to visit the liquidator, bringing along all supporting documents they confirm their claims within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of the announcement at the liquidator’s office located in Sharq - Jaber Al Mubarak Street - Block 5 - Commercial Real Estate Company Building – 4th Floor .
