In its meeting held on Sunday, 27 March 2022, the Board of Directors of Orient Holding Company recommended the distribution of 10% of the company’s capital (i.e., 10 fils per share) cash dividends to shareholders for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, subject to receiving the AGM’s approval.
