KIC Financial Brokerage Company announced that following the company's announcement on 7 February 2022, regarding opening the candidacy for membership of the Board of Directors, the nomination period for membership of the Board of Directors has been extended (independent member only).

The Company said that interested candidates who meet the criteria set forth according to applicable laws, the Company’s Articles of Associations and the Capital Markets Authority’s rules and regulations for independent board member nomination, may submit their applications to the company’s management, along with all supporting documents, at the Company’s headquarters before the deadline of 6 April 2022.
