Gulf Glass Manufacturing Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 28 March 2022 at the Company’s headquarters located in the Western Shuaiba Industrial Area, 6 Street, Block 2, Plot 67, to consider the following agenda items:

Hear and approve the Board of Directors’ report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. Hear and approve the auditors’ report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. Discuss and approve the consolidated financial statement for the year ended 31 December 2021.

- Hear the regulatory authorities violations report and penalties that may have been imposed on the company (if any).

- Hear the related transactions report that have taken place or will take place.

- Approve the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute 15% (i.e., 15 fils per share) cash dividends after deducting treasury shares, to shareholders registered in the Company’s records on the AGM date. Deduct 10% towards the statutory reserve, equivalent to KWD 82,560.

- Authorize the Board of Directors to buy or sell up to 10% of the company's shares in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 and its executive regulations.

- Authorize the Board of Directors to sell the company's real estate properties, mortgage them, offer guarantees and loans in accordance with Article No. 184 of the Companies Law.

- Discuss the payment of KWD 30,000 in remunerations to the members of the board of directors. Discuss absolving members of the Board of Directors from all matters related to their legal, financial, and administrative actions for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. Appoint or reappoint the company’s auditor for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 and authorize the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
