Citigroup has announced the start of distributing cash dividends at 17% of the capital (17 fils/share) to shareholders registered in the company’s records as on 14 March 2022, in line with the resolution issued by the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 14 March 2022.
The company said that the dividend distribution will start as of today, Monday, 21 March 2022, by transferring the distributions to shareholders’ bank accounts through the Electronic Dividends Transfer Service (e-Dividends) for shareholders signed in that service. As for shareholders who were unable to register in e-Dividends, they have to visit any local bank to subscribe to this service as per the directions issued by Kuwait Clearing Company (WWW.maqasa.com).
