Kout Food Group will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, XX April 2022, at the company's headquarters, to discuss the election of a new board of directors for the next three years.
The company said that shareholders or their proxies, interested in attending the AGM should visit the company’s headquarters located in Al-Qibla, Al-Sour Street, Yaqoub Al-Humaidhi Building, 3rd floor, during business hours, in order to receive meeting invitations, power of attorney forms and the meeting agenda.
