Kuwait Saudi Holding Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26 April 2022 at its headquarters located in Qibla - Al-Kharafi Tower, 10th floor, Office No. 6, to discuss the financial statements and the annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, as outline its AGM agenda. The company said that in the event of a lack of quorum, the meeting will be postponed to Tuesday, 10 May 2022 at the same time and location. Shareholders or their proxies wishing to attend the meeting should visit the company’s headquarters.
