The Ministry of Commerce invited shareholders of Petrolink Holding Company (K.S.C.C) to attend the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) pursuant to Articles (206-207) of the Companies Law No. 1 of 2016 and its executive regulations.
The AGM will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, 13 April 2022 at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Building - Ministries Complex - Block 2 - First Floor, to discuss dismissing the Chairman of the board of directors and electing a complementary member to the company's board of directors.
