Al-Safat Holding Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday, 10 March 2022 at its headquarters in Hawally, Beirut Street. The EGM passed a resolution to amend Article (42) of its Articles of Association as follows: The company’s financial year begins on the 1 January and ends on 31 December of each year, with the exception of the first financial period which extends from 1 February to 31 December.
