Gulf Glass Manufacturing Company (GGMC) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 28 March 2022 at the company's headquarters located in West Shuaiba Industrial Area, Sixth Street, Block 2, Plot 67, to discuss the items listed on its agenda.
The company said that the shareholders or their proxies wishing to attend the AGM may visit the companies headquarter during official business hours, to receive the meeting invitation and power of attorney as well as the agenda, after providing proof of ownership of the shares.
