The Public Utilities Management Company (PUMC) announced the launch of its new website, as part of a comprehensive strategy for restructuring and digital transformation as well as automating its business to enhance its operational position as a leading company in providing integrated services to a large base of all client segments including individuals, companies and government agencies.
"The company has been keen to launch its new website with a completely innovative look to keep pace with the latest technologies and developments." The CEO of the company, Eng. Saleh Al-Othman, said.
“Launching the company’s website is part of the company’s framework to develop its electronic system, and its quest to present its services, projects and programs in a simplified manner, thus contributing to publicizing its vital role, in addition to the importance of its newly launched website, the company’s window to the public and a reliable source for everything related to the company including various news, events, activities and services”. Al-Othman commented.
“The website has numerous practical and technological characteristics that facilitate browsing its contents and its different components in an interactive way, raising the level of information services provided to various users. The website is designed with focus on our stakeholders, as the company seeks to add new updates and information to facilitates its management.” He added.
He pointed out that the site is a new tool to establish the company’s digitized system to provide its services in an integrated interactive way, targeting its customers, indicating that the site provides 10 unique services to individuals, companies and government agencies in both Arabic and English, including information about its divisions and the most important news and events. A new service was also added to make payments and renew car parking subscriptions, employee logins, and paying the rent, in addition to posting tenders, as well as access to view and obtain information and the real estate user guide and the parking user guide.”
He highlighted that the annual car parking subscription service is the latest service provided by the company to facilitate daily and frequent parking through offering various packages to meet clients' needs.
