Navi Holding’s EGM agreed to liquidate the company

Navi Holding Company held its Extraordinary General Assembly (EGM) on Thursday, 23 September 2021, and passed a resolution to voluntarily liquidate the company due to realizing a 100% loss of its capital.

The EGM reached a unanimous decision, as requested by 96.6% of its shareholders who attended the meeting, to appoint Tariq Abdel Fattah Mohamed Hassan (Egyptian) as the Company’s liquidator to carry out all the legal procedures related to its liquidation. His annual fees were set at KWD 15,000 and it was approved to allow him to seek the assistance of whomever he deems appropriate to assist him in the liquidation process.

The EGM also agreed to specify a period of (one year) to finalize the Company’s liquidation.
