Kuwait Building Materials Industry Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, on Sunday, 27 March 2022 at its headquarters in Sulaibiya Industrial Area 1- Block 1- Street 4, Plot 12, to discuss the items listed on its agenda and elect a board of directors for the next period.
The company said that shareholders wishing to attend the AGM should check with the company to receive the power of attorney forms, meeting invitation and the agenda, during official business hours.
