Union Properties Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 on Wednesday, 30 March 2022 at the company’s headquarters located in Al-Shaab Al Bahri - Block 8 - Street 80 Hassan Jawhar Hayat - Areej Complex - Ground Floor, to discuss the items listed on its agenda.
The company said that the Shareholders, or their proxies, who wish to attend the AGM may visit the company’s offices to receive attendance cards, power of attorney forms and the agenda during business hours.
