Al-Razi Holding Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended on 30 September 2021, on Thursday, 10 February 2022, to discuss the items listed on its meeting agenda as follows: Hearing and approving Board of Directors report, the auditor’s report, , the violations report and any penalties monitored by the regulators, and Sharia Board’s report for financial year ended 30 September 2021, in addition to hearing and approving the report of transactions conducted with related parties or that will take place in the future.

Al-Razi’s upcoming AGM will also discuss the company’s consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2021, and the board’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends for the financial year ended 30 September 2021, by distributing 10% of the shares’ nominal value (i.e. 10 fils/share) for an aggregate amount of KWD 4,012,000 to shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the AGM’s date. 

Other topics that would also be discussed include the Board of Directors’ recommendation to pay KWD 50,000 in remunerations to the members of the Board of Directors for the financial year end 30 September 2021 and discussing the Board of Directors' recommendation to deduct KWD 306,877 or 10% of the net profit achieved in the financial year ended 30 September 2021 towards the statutory reserve. Additionally, the AGM will discuss absolving the board members from any legal, financial, and administrative matters related to the company’s management during the financial year ended on 30 September 2021 and discussing the appointment or reappointing of the company’s auditor and the Shariah Supervisory Board for the financial year ending 30 September 2022, including authorizing the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
