MENA Holding Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, January 31, 2022, to discuss and approve the company’s financial statements for the financial years ending in (2018-2019-2020), and to hear and approve the Board of Directors report, the auditor’s reports, the Shariah Supervisory Board’s reports, and the violations reports, as well as the penalties issued by the regulatory authorities for financial years (2018-2019-2020).
The AGM will also discuss the final accounts of the financial statements, the report of the transactions that took place or will take place with related parties, absolve the members of the Board of Directors from all financial, legal, and administrative matter, appoint or reappoint the auditor and the Shariah Supervisory Board, and elect a member of the Board of Directors complementary for a period of three years.
