Arab Investment Company announced the opening of candidacy for membership of the Board of Directors in its new session (2022-2024), for a period of two weeks from the date of publishing this announcement, or Sunday, 30 January 2022, at the latest.
The Company added that interested candidates who meet the CMA’s rules and regulations as referred to in the Capital Markets Authority Law, and the instructions contained therein for the Nomination of Registered Positions and Employment Positions for Licensed Persons in accordance with Fit and Proper Rules to this Resolution. Members of Module Five of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010, may submit their applications to the company’s management, along with all supporting documents
