Sadeem United Group Holding Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday, December 13, 2021, and passed a resolution to change its name from Sadeem United Group Holding Company to SAC Holding Company (a Kuwaiti Shareholding Holding Company). Accordingly, Article (2) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (1) of its Articles of Association were amended as follows: The Company was established in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law and this Articles of Association between the owners of the shares whose provisions are hereinafter set forth, a Kuwaiti shareholding holding company called SAC Holding Company (a Kuwaiti shareholding holding company).
