Al-Bustan United Real Estate Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday, December 9, 2021, and passed a resolution to amend Article (21) of its Articles of Association as follows: The Vice Chairman or the Chief Executive Officer are individually authorized signatories according to the powers assigned to each of them by the Board of Directors, subject to receiving regulatory approval, obtaining the necessary approvals and logging the entry in the Commercial Registry.
