In line with the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities activities, its executive regulations and their amendments, the Markets Authority warned the general public from dealing in any way with Kuwait Securities Company, as the Authority’s Resolution No. 45 of 2019 revoked the company’s licenses and it was removed from CMA’s records.
In light of this situation, CMA confirmed its keenness to provide protection and apply the Authority's law and its executive regulations to all security traders, as part of its regulatory and supervisory role.
