Gulf North Africa Holding Company (GNAHC) announced that it has raised its stake in its subsidiary, Al Serraj Holding Group, to 93.1%.
In a statement issued to Boursa Kuwaiti, today, Wednesday, "Gulf North Africa" said that the transaction took place through the purchase of 20.556 thousand of Al-Siraj shares or 0.05%, for a total amount of KWD 37.783 thousand.
The company announced in late October that it had increased its ownership in Al-Sarraj to 92.6%, by purchasing 3.14 million shares, representing about 7.62%, for an aggregate amount of KWD 560.30 thousand.
At the beginning of last October, the company announced an increase in its ownership percentage in "Al Siraj" to 84.98%, by purchasing about 8.941 million shares, or 21.7%, for a total amount of KWD 1.59 million.
It is worth noting that GNAHC announced positive financial results by the end 9M2021as it reported profits of KWD 93.94 thousand, compared to losses of KWD 312.23 thousand in the corresponding period of 2020
