Gulf Takaful Insurance Company announced that it has opened nominations for the election of two complementary board members to raise the number to seven members, based on the amendment of Article  (15) of the company’s Articles of Association pursuant to the resolution issued by the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), which was logged in the commercial registry of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on December 1, 2021. The company’s board of directors announced that the elections will take place at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held at the company’s headquarters on January 17, 2022, at 11:00 am, providing that all the company’s internal conditions and regulations are met, as well as receiving regulatory approvals, in particular (Insurance Regulatory Unit - Ministry of Commerce and Industry).
