Al-Aqeela Leasing and Financing Company will hold its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday, December 27, 2021, to discuss the items listed on its agenda including amending some articles of the articles of its Memorandum of Incorporation and Articles of Association in accordance with the provision of Law No. 1 of 2016 Promulgating the Companies Law.
The company stated that if the quorum wasn’t met, it will postpone its EGM until Sunday, January 2, 2022.
