Gatehouse Capital, a leading company specializes in innovative global real estate investment products, announced that it has successfully completed the exit of an industrial real estate portfolio in the United States of America, which achieved a total return on investment of 51%, including dividends and return on sale.
The CEO of Gatehouse Capital, Khaled Al-Baijan, expressed that he was pleased with this successful exit, explaining that the investment in this portfolio achieved remarkable returns for investors, and that it was exited before the expected deadline, which is considered a remarkable achievement given the difficult conditions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Al-Baijan stressed that the company intends to carry on its strategy aimed at creating investment in real estate portfolios in the United States, and to focus on real estate of strategic significance, drawing from its 20 years of experience and its proven track record in the US market, as well as its strong relationships, which enabled the company to strengthen its position with leading investment groups.
Meanwhile, the company’s COO, Aisha Al-Mudhaf, said that this exit reflects the group’s experience in the US market, and confirms its capability to execute  purchase and sale deals with high flexibility, explaining that Gatehouse Capital saw that the time was appropriate to exit this portfolio as it exceeded its target.
