Ducting and Services Company (DASCO) held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday, October 5, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. and approved to amend the company’s objectives. Accordingly, it was approved to amend Article (4) of its Articles of Association and Article (5) of its Memorandum of Incorporation as follows:
-    Manufacture of all types of central air conditioning vents (grilles, diffusers, and filters).
-    Manufacture of air ducts and related accessories.
-    Manufacture aluminum doors, windows, and related accessories.
-    Manufacture electrical panels and enter into related contracting services in line with the company's objectives.
-    Aluminum extrusion and the production of raw aluminum profiles and sheets.
-    Import and sale of spare parts and equipment necessary for the company's objectives.
-    Access to agencies to serve the company’s objectives.
-    Provide engineering guidance related to the company's business and activities.
-    Dismantle, cut, and chop glass, install and provide maintenance for door and window frames.
-    Carry out all types of air conditioning and firefighting contracting, as well as providing sanitary tools and equipment installations.
-    Own and lease real estate properties and means of transportation required to achieve the company's objectives.
-    Invest the Company's surplus in stocks, bonds, and other financial derivatives directly or through financial portfolios managed by specialized companies.
-    Buy and sell shares and bonds for the company's account.
-    The Company may carry out the above-stated objectives on its behalf or on behalf of third parties in Kuwait and abroad. The Company may have an interest with entities that carry out businesses similar to its own or that may be conducive in accomplishing its objectives, and it may buy, participate in, associate with or merge with such entities in the State of Kuwait or abroad.
