Jood National Holding Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and agreed to amend Article (2) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (1) of its Articles of Association regarding the name of the company as follows: “The name of this company is Magic Capital Holding Company - a Closed Kuwaiti Shareholding Company.”
