United Real Estate Company (URC) announced that one of its associate companies, owned by 35.7%, has signed a project contract in Kuwait worth KWD 42.596 million.
URC said in a statement issued to Boursa Kuwait that its associate, "Mena Homes Real Estate Company", signed an agreement for the construction and completion of the "commercial area" project in Hessa Al-Mubarak suburb with Al-Ahmadiya Contracting and Trading Company.
  The company stated that the completion of the entire project is 740 days. "URC" stated that signing the contract has no impact on the company's financial position at the present time, and that it will be reflected positively on the project and its associate in the future.
