E-Learning Services Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), via Zoom, on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, in the presence of shareholders representing 86.62% of the company’s total shareholders. The EGM passed a resolution amending its objectives as follows:
-    Incorporate and establish private schools for all stages.
-    Launch training institutes in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training.
-    Establish a private college as supervised by the Council of Private Universities, after obtaining the required approval from the Ministry of Higher Education.
-    Own real estate properties and movable assets as required to carry out the Company’s activities within the limits permitted by the law.
-    Utilize the Company's surplus to invest it in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and institutions in Kuwait and abroad.
-    Day-care services for children, management of day care centers.
