British Link Kuwait For Air Conditioning Services Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on September 14, 2021 and passed a resolution to change the company’s name from British Link Kuwait For Air Conditioning Services Company (K.S.C) British Link Kuwait Logistics Company (K.S.C.C). Subsequently, a resolution passed unanimously to amend Article (2) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (1) of the Article of Association to reflect that change.
