Al-Raya United General Trading and Contracting Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday, September 27, 2021. The EGM passed a resolution to convert the company’s entity from a joint liability company to a closed joint shareholding company, and agreed to change the company’s name from “Al-Raya United General Trading and Contracting Company” to “Al-Raya United Real Estate Company”, a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company.
