Al-Safat Fresh Dairy Company held its (postponed) Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Sunday, August 15, 2021, and passed a resolution to amend its objectives. Accordingly, Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association were amended to reflect the following: 
The objectives for which the company was established are:
-  Carrying out all operations related to fresh dairy production, manufacturing and marketing in Kuwait and abroad (subject to receiving the necessary approvals from the Public Authority for Industry).
-  Breeding and importing calves.
- Establishing and purchasing farms, pastures, barns, land plots s and real estate necessary to achieve the company's objectives in Kuwait and abroad.
Importing and manufacturing all kinds of livestock feed as required by cow farms that supply the company with their raw milk production (subject to receiving the necessary approvals from the Public Authority for Industry).
Importing all equipment and animals necessary for production, manufacturing and marketing.
- Production and manufacture of ice cream from fresh milk (subject to receiving the necessary approvals from the Public Authority for Industry).
Importing all kinds of medications needed to treat livestock.
- Production of all kinds of butter and ghee (animal ghee made from milk).
- Manufacturing powdered and condensed milk.
Production of chocolate milk, white and dark chocolate and other types of chocolate.
-Management of animal farms and milk production.
- Processing fruits and producing juice.
-Preparing, canning, or preserving fresh or cooked vegetables and their juice.
-Production and bottling of purified filtered water.
-Soft drink bottling plant.
- Roasting and packing nuts.
-General trade of foodstuffs.
- Preparing pre-packed meals.
- Manufacturing confectionery and caramel.
-Manufacturing of bakery products.
- Manufacturing of frozen bakery products.
-Bottling liquids, including drinks and food.
- Manufacture of food extracts and additives for industrial food and beverages (rose water - vanilla ...... etc.)
- Manufacturing of pre-packed and frozen meals.
- Manufacturing of food extracts and beverage flavors.
- Packing tea and tea substitutes such as zhourat, chamomile and wild herbs.
- Packing and preserving cooked and uncooked legumes (canning).
- The production casein and milk sugar (Lactose).
- Production of processed cheese.
- Production of fresh, concentrated and dry whey and production of lactose.
- Preparing meals and supplying aircraft.
- Central markets for foodstuffs.
- Food packaging.
- Manufacturing of packaged products.
- Manufacturing PET Plastic film.
- Production of plastic materials for medical purposes.
- Refrigerated and frozen goods stores (cold warehouses).
-  The Company may carry out the above-stated objectives in Kuwait or aboard on its behalf or on behalf of others. The Company may have an interest with entities that carry out businesses similar to its own or that may be conducive in accomplishing its objectives, and it may buy, participate in, associate with or merge with such entities in the State of Kuwait or abroad.
