Kuwait Paraxylene Production Company (KPPC), held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, and passed a resolution to amend Article (5) of the Memorandum of Association and Article (4) of its Articles of Association to reflect the following objectives: 
•Manufacture paraxylene, benzene and any derivatives thereof.
•Selling, buying, supplying, distributing, exporting, storing and manufacturing these materials and participating in all related activities, including establishing and leasing the necessary services (subject to receiving the required approvals from the Public Authority for Industry and the Ministry of Energy).
•Importing chemicals and spare parts needed to operate the company's factories (subject to receiving the required approvals from the Environment Public Authority).
