The Supreme Committee of the Insurance Regulatory Unit at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a decision to update the approved and qualified companies to give a car insurance policy (traffic accidents). The decision included adding Dar Al Salam Takaful Insurance Company to the list approved by the Ministry of Interior with the compulsory insurance policy from civil liability arising from traffic accidents. Decision No. (35) of 2021 in the second article included the implementation by the competent authorities and the implementation of the decision starting from August 22.

Thus, creating job opportunities and keeping pace with global developments in insurance, stressing that the law establishing the insurance unit came within this framework, intending to upgrade the services provided by the insurance sector and set rules that keep pace with global development.
